What pisses me off about vitamins, minerals and supplementation!!!

What pisses me off about vitamins, minerals and supplementation!!!

I recently caught up with a friend in my hometown social group while I was unwell and about to head from there to a holiday destination. I was taking at the time a garlic extract and was having 5,000mg of vitamin C every 2hours without having the need to rush to the toilet (my body was absorbing it). As I was doing so a friend of a friend asked me what I was doing and I explained to them that high doses of vitamin C and garlic can actually aid in restoration of your health when your immunological system is low.

This particular individual then went out of their way to chastise me and say "ohhh your one of those expensive urine people who thinks that supplements actually do something". Being socially pleasant (I wanted to rip into the person actually) I said, "ohhh tell me, what makes you say that" and then the person began to talk for the next 20 minutes about how supplements of all sorts are "crap and are a money making machine for vitamin companies" (this same individual thinks that fluoride is good for your teeth and bones).

Smiling I said "so do you have any evidence for this? Say like medical journal articles, research and etc?" and the person said "I don't need any evidence, I just know that people like yourself waste a lot of their money on substances which will do nothing for them".

Smiling, I went into google scholar and within 5 minutes had 60 journal articles from many different institutions, magazines, journals, research institutions and even from the UNITED NATIONS about how important it is to consider supplementation for your health and preventative diseases.

When I did this, the person refused to read them saying "I don't have enough time" and to whence I replied in a NLP reframe, "time for what, your education on your health?". But I didn't waste any more of my time and I began to read passages to the person out aloud, going out of my way to emphasise certain points, in certain articles.

The person started to angry at me when I demonstrated that I knew more than what they did on health - Exposing their ignorance (hey sometimes it's good to argue and get the upper hand). This led them to walking out of the room trying to save face stating "I know I'm right, the articles don't mean anything and I still think that your wasting your time with vitamins..."

THIS IS WHAT PISSES ME OFF ABOUT SUPPLEMENTATION...

This is what pisses me off the most about supplementation... The fact that some of the best nutrients for human beings are available to each and everyone of us and people still do not take them nor do they realise how powerful and potent these supplements are. Many people, even to this day - "Medical Doctors" consider the rather ignorant and stupid belief that the taking of nutrients makes urine "expensive"...

To me, whoever makes such stupid claims about supplementation without first backing up their claims, comes across as incredibly ignorant. They also come across to me as the type of person who, having read the bible and not read any scientific or similar literature - Will make the claim that the earth is just over 6,000 years old.

While I don't agree with mainstream science on their figures as well (even though the articles are well written and sound), I do not also believe in religions claim about the world and it's age around us... So why should I ever consider someone else's claim about supplements, especially vitamin C and garlic being "expensive urine"... But let's take this one step further for a moment.

Let's agree with the outlandish claim that supplementation may make expensive urine... Let's say that the person who stormed out of the room was right... Let's ask then, why does the urine become expensive??? Could it be that if you have too much of something which the body cannot absorb, it expels it in its waste systems?

Indeed in order for the body to expel whatever it is that it is expelling, it must have absorbed part of it in the first place - This is common sense and simple thinking which does not need to be backed by science. But here is another point, in order for anything to be expelled from the human body, it must first HAVE BEEN READILY ABSORBED BY A PERSON'S DIGESTIVE, IMMUNOLOGICAL AND SIMILAR SYSTEMS.

In other words, nutrients needs to go through many different bodily systems in order to be absorbed and later expelled. But let's take the bullshit idea of expensive rime one step further...

In an ideal world, with an ideal food supply, poly-cultural farming practices, lack of pollution, fresh air and zero environmental toxins (10,000 years B.C.E. and before) and adequate nutrition - We should not have the need to supplement... We should have expensive urine... But, folks let me give you some honest information - WE DO NOT LIVE IN AN IDEAL WORLD and our urine is highly vitamin and nutrient efficient i.e. has nothing of value within it expelled from the body on an average western diet.

Of course this is not 5-10,000 B.C.E. where the food we would have eaten in these eras was highly full of nutrients. Neither do we live in a world which practices poly-cultural farming or soil/land rotation. In fact we live in a world with 50,000 different types of toxins and we live in a world where we do not have enough nutrients in our food to help us live long and be alive, like in our relatively recent past with our ancestors.  Indeed, we each live in a chemical, biological, electrical and toxicological mix of substances and organisms which given the chance would make us sick or even try to kill us for their benefit. This is why it is exceptionally important to supplement with a balanced diet... I.e. to have expensive urine.

When each of us supplement with a balanced diet, we can then rightfully claim hat our urine is expensive... But we can also claim that it is the type of urine with nutrients which have kept ourselves... ALIVE!

Think about it...

Drinking Green Tea - The benefits and the Bullshit!

Drinking Green Tea - The benefits and the Bullshit!

I went through a phase in 2010 of drinking, tasting and getting to know teas. I drunk everything from apple to rose hip tea. That same year I found out what fluoride does to your teeth, your bones and your brain considering most black teas contain fluoride decided to make the switch.

I also made the switch with green tea from coffee. I was getting the coffee jitters at the time and went cold turkey... Green tea helps you with the transition... TRUST ME... Years later I'm over most teas but will still drink green tea from time to the while on the run with my day job, doing my psychology degree, writing this blog and maintaining an active social life.

When I was out recently, one of my important friends in one of my social circles brought up green tea again. He saw that I was blogging on health and considering that I also gave him a juicer to make juice he was keen on some of the recipes I had published.  When we got talking he didn't waste any yoke and started down the hard and heavy road on how I should be drinking more green tea with my juices in order for it to be a good compliment to my juices alkalizing potential.

My friend went so far as to mention our last meet up that if I drunk green tea more often that I'd swear by it, like he does too... and I would continue to swear by green tea but I still like my occasional coffee too much! Nonetheless after going into an organic tea shop with him and trying all the different teas there (nostalgia for 2010), my friend settled on... Now wait for it - Organic Green tea. But of course!

Life got busy and we both went our separate ways and two weeks later and out of the blue he called me up on my cell phone to state "Daniel, omg it's amazing... The organic green tea we both purchased, has actually helped me stay focused at work, but has also helped to detoxify, clean out and and help my digestive system breakdown all the good food I have started eating."

"Good for you", I exclaimed to him over the phone, but he continues without missing a beat "it's been shown that green tea can, not only help boost your immune system, but that it can also fight cancer". He paused over the phone with me and I felt myself pausing too... To be honest that's a bold statement just for green tea and I'm likely between you and I, the reader to doubt his statements.

Because, I've heard varying things about green tea over time - Such as it's antioxidant potential to slowdown ageing, the ability for it to detox the liver and to sweat out of the lymph nodes I do have an open mind... But to cure cancer, I was and remain skeptical. My skepticism stops with most organic substances and supplements similar to green tea because I know that most of them direly or indirectly boost the immune system, hell when you get sick and unwell I believe that they can even fight off disease. But for me, his statements about cancer are a bit far out.

Nonetheless I decided to open up my Ipad 4 and write a draft article to be later published on my blog about Green tea, "searching the Internets" for useful and resourceful data about what green tea actually does... And here is what I found out:

1. Lifehack.org - A really cool website on self-development states that green tea aids in the reduction of weight loss and lowers the incidence of type 2 Diabetes.

The reasons given on this and similar websites is that green tea does is thermagetic I.e. It is a substance A which increases the body temperate when someone drinks it or works out with it slightly, thereby burning up more nutrients, more fat and more calories when consumed. The thermagetic effects is also the reason why green tea reduces the incidence of type two diabetes, as it causes the breakdown of sugars, keytones and fats but there has also been research on green tea which has shown that it increases insulin sensitivity and in the uptake of chromium a metal which balances blood sugar levels.

Another interesting aspect of green tea is its nootropic and anti-aging effects.

2. Third age.com another radical website which proposes the effects of green tea on human beings notes on some of its hyperlinks that green tea contains low levels of taurine, cafinene and other substances which actually give it a cognitive enhancer and nootropic like effect similar to ginkgo bibloba. The effects of this mix are somewhat varied, other than increasing blood flow to the human brain and central nervous system they also appear to increase intelligence, the ability to be diligent, focus while maintaining in the person who drinks it a calm and meditative effect.

This particular meditative effect is reminiscent but much more healthy than tobacco or kava and is also one of the reasons why it has been shown to delay or slow human aging, since it provides stress reduction. Other than stress reduction, green tea's anti-aging effects come from its more exotic antioxidant potential. Antioxidants allow the human body to destroy free radicals and it is free radicals which cause aging in the human body and are a health subject all by themselves.

But what about the negative effects of green tea? Are there any?

No not really other than over-stimulation if you have too much (16 cups of green tea to 3 cups of coffee), if you are stimulated by caffeine and have green tea before bedtime then don't!!! There is also the negative consideration that green tea like many other teas and coffees is a diuretic and dries out/dehydrates the body if too much of it is consumed.

Given this, it is best said that the only other downside to green tea like garlic is its smell when the lymph nodes are using the green tea to remove toxins from the body. I've known many people who come from south east Asia to have had a full meal and drink much green tea after it - To have later smelled not of body odor but rather of sour green tea... Perhaps a pungent and sour smelling green tea smell is not the greatest - Yet, for the woman who I have had the chance and opportunity to kiss after drinking green tea at a meal - There is always the sweet smell of it on their breath.

That's not a bad thing and green tea is good and healthy. This is why my friend who recommends green tea needs to know that while it may not cure cancer - It will most definitely provide all the other health effects he does claim. Until the next blog post.

Raw Food Diets Part 1 - Juicing, Raw Food Veganism and Fruitarianism!

Raw Food Diets Part 1

Juicing, Raw Food Veganism and Fruitarianism!

Juicing

Since I did a post in juicing yesterday, I thought it would be prompt to talk about people's lifestyle choices in relationship to this first before we move into other areas and analysis of nutrition.

Juicing is the act of taking raw fruit and vegetables as a product and placing them through a juicer to produce two key processed products. The first product made from juicing are the raw, live enzymes, minerals, vitamins, sugars and salts inside of a concentrated natural juice which you drink. The second product is the fibre and concentrated food cluster which, when stripped of its nutritional benefits is only useful as compost or use as an organic worm farm.

Why juice?

People who juice tend to be health conscious, may be going through a health crisis or are the types of people who want to have more energy in their lives. More energy, means that the may have to juice up to three times a day in order to help their digestive, immunological and similar systems along.

For weight gain or weightloss juicing is also paramount, for like hempseed oil, juicing not only clears up the skin but also helps people maintain their weight better. Considering this, Juicing can be considered a form of superfood and many people who are in my social circles juice alongside their physical actitivities such as yoga or Martial arts in order to increase their lifeforce. This is something to consider if you are metaphysically minded. Metaphysical pursuits also tend to follow along in other philosophies such as Raw Food Veganism, a topic we will now discuss below.

Raw Food Veganism/Fruitarian Diets.

Are you suffering a health good crisis? Do you want to lose or gain weight? Do you want to live a more natural lifestyle?

If so then raw food Veganism/Frutarianism is for you. I lived as a raw food vegan and fruitarian for a year each in 2008 and 2009 and I found the lifestyle both a challenging interesting. Ultimately what I found out about trying both lifestyles was that the human body is omnivorous and requires a variety of nutrients in order to excel and survive. However, both lifestyles over those two years cleaned out my body and up until that time I found that I had suffered a few depressive episodes.

These depressive episodes ceased when I started to juice, eat raw fruits/vegetables and limiting the amount of processed foods that I have in my diet available to me. At the present time I am a highly charged and motivated individual and it is hard fro me to think back about the person I was before I changed to a raw food diet. Indeed, when Iundertook the diet and just ate 100% raw vegetables and raw fruits what I experienced was a series of herxheimer reactions or periods of intense detox. These  intense detoxes made me incredibly ill as my body began to release a series of environmental toxins which I had built up over a very long time.

After these reactions from the detox, my skin, facial muscles, health and need for sleep all improved. Thus I consider having a raw food diet to be a lifestyle.

Undertaking a Raw Food Lifestyle.

In order to undertake this lifestyle and diet you need to be eating at least 80-100% raw food. This involves making meals, buying a variety of mixed fruits and vegetables whilst also avoiding animal products such as meat, eggs, milk, eggs and similar dairy from any animal altogether. This is not an easy task to undertake and be prepared to give up restaurant food and a social life (no kidding). The proponents of both lifestyle choices be that a fruitarian lifestyle where you just eat fruit or a raw food vegan where you just eat vegetables claim that their healthy lifestyle choices can cure cancer an AIDS.

While I personally feel that there are cures to both ailments, I do not think that it comes from these healthy choice lifestyles but rather from a combination of them both with supplementation and advanced Medical procedures not yet available to the public.

Some things to look out for and consider about raw food diets.

* The first is that you can become anaemic - FAST!!! Unless your aware of iron supplements, vitamin B, use of oranges, hempseed oil and silverbeat/spinach.

* Secondly you also lack a lot of protein when undertaking these diets and lifestyle choices. This is why people push lentils, soy and legumes in order to get the important non-animal proteins. Both have their advantages and disadvantages upon oral administration. I.e. Soy is a Xenoestrogen and has been shown to both feminize some men and cause cancer in some women. These are some other topics I will discuss in the upcoming weeks as time allows and considering that I have said very little about lifestyle choices and health on my blog, I do recommend that before you or any other person take up any diet which they are considering - That they do their own research.

Doing your own research means that you read a lot about a diet both online and in a textbook, it also means that you contact your medical doctor, dietician and/or naturopath. This wayyou can get a series of important and varied opinions from professionals, whilst also making up your own mind on where you wish to take your life and your health.

Until Part 2 of this article,

Juicing for your health...

Juicing for your health...

I originally wrote this edited article on The Him. I originally wrote it for young men who I thought needed a pick-me-up for their nutrition and have later come to realize that both men and woman need this pick me up for both their comfort-ability and general state of health. So I have now REPOSTED this edited article here both on my blog, on the him and a few health websites for both your edification and entertainment. Let's begin.

Health, wealth and protein?

It is often said that men and woman need to eat a lot of protein...

It is often said that men and woman need to eat a lot of protein to be healthy and to have a good diet. Proteins come from red meats, fish and other types of animal products. The western man and woman in the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia tend to eat quite a large measure of protein. While this protein may give them ample body-musculature and decent looking health, skin tone and etc. We must remember that like complex carbohydrates, meat and proteins are still only a small part of the mix for an increase in a total sense of health.

Most people, in the development of their health regardless of what they are eating / drinking are still lacking many essential minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids. These are the types of bodily and nutritional products which when consumed with their food will aid in their general health and in the case of disease, their healing. Understanding health and healing means that you need to understand who you are, that you need to understand what certain foods and nutrients do for you and the need for you to understand how proper and correct eating habits will prevent you from having complications with your body as you begin to age.

One way to prevent and deal with aging, to counter potential health problems and to increase your sense of well being then is to start juicing. Juicing is a method where you take raw fruit or raw vegetables and place them into a juicer, two products come out of this process of juicing the fruit. The first is the juice which you drink and the second is the pulp or fiber from the fruit, which you can use in your garden or to create a work farm.

Drinking the juice is a form of detoxification for your body and allows you to start removing and processing any toxins you have picked up due to lifestyle stresses and a bad diet. Detoxification is a subject I will be blogging about in the next few posts, but right now let's look at some quick and easy juice recipes for you to help you start improving your health right away.

Green Juice

The first juice recipe will be on green juice and I use this juice 2-3 times a week to help keep my body clean and clear as I often drink it before I go to work. This juice combined with the exercise and sweat that I produce while I do my day job as a postman gives me a natural high. It also allows me to get nutrients and sweat out any toxins I have accumulated from the night before. In order to make a Green Exercise Juice do the following:

* 2 golden delicious apples
* A small handful parsley
* A handful spinach
* 1 lemon
* 1 cucumber
* 3-4 Celery Stalks
* 1 Cucumber

For those of you who have eaten a little too much of the good stuff (or bad-stuff, depending upon how you frame it) There are certain juices which you can drink which will help you with weight-loss.

The Weight loss Juicing Recipe

* 2 large oranges
* 1 red grapefruit
* 4 frozen strawberries
* 1/2 banana
* 1 cup of cubed watermelon, cold
* 1 cup of cubed cantaloupe, cold
* 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

This Juice combined with regular exercise such as walking, weights or bike riding should help you start to lose a few pounds and also help you to clean your body out, achieving a higher fitness level. Of course there are also breakfast juices you can have when you just want to take the day off, take it easy or have slept in on the weekend.

Breakfast Juice

How to make a breakfast juice is as follows:

* 1 beetroot
* 1 cup red cabbage
* 2 carrots
* 1/2 sweet red pepper
* 1 orange peeled
* 1 apple
* 1 inch ginger

Being healthy!!!

Being healthy has never been easier. It doesn’t take much, just juicing and getting out there to get the fruit. For those of you who are worried about where to get good fruit which is inexpensive go to your local farmers markets and/or fruit wholesaler. There you will be able to pick a variety of fruits and vegetables which will be cheaper than buying them from a green grocer and will also be more varied in what is available.

Until the next post on your health, Daniel Counts. Tuesday the 12th of November 2012.

Health, Wellness and Well-being - How to Increase these Values in your Life!

Health wellness and well-being!

  How to Increase these Values in your Life!

For the next few weeks, I will be blogging on five major topics which will focus on health and wellness. The goal in focus for each of these topics will be to help you to increase your own health and the health of others. By doing this you are able to further increase your productivity and your daily activities in your life while avoiding that horrible word "Fatigue".

Other than fatigue, there is also the need to increase intelligence, the intention of leading a productive life and working on your motivation. By increasing your health in these areas, you are also helping to increase the health of other people in the world around you.

This is why I have a focused intention on health, wealth and intelligence because, if I am able to help you feel better, more healthy, become more wealthy and more intelligent in your life - Then I have done my job as a man. As a man, I have the goal to help you have an increase in health in all areas of your life and this is why I have made it my job to equip you with more skills, which are aimed at enriching who and what you are. Enriching who you and I both are is one of the key reasons why I have written and will continue to write this blog, because I believe in you leading a real life... The type of life which is in constant development.

By leading a real life, the type of life which is in constant development - Then what you are doing is that you are learning to create value, the type of value which you can invest in yourself and in others which will lead you to becoming an influential personality.  By becoming an influential personality you further create value for others and everyone which you meet and these values for me underline and come from the following five main areas of your life, which if you improve on them will increase your health and your wealth.

These five values are:

1. Learning about Juicing & Nutrition.

- How one or more juices a day.. Helps keep the sickness away.
-- That's right Jucing is one of the five main areas which we will be discussing this week in relationship to increasing your health.

- Raw food diets...
-- What are the different types of raw food diets?
-- How can people such as Vegans, Frutarians and those on a raw meat / Paleo diet each claim their fame to health?

2. Detoxing.

- How and why does Detoxing work?
-- How does bathing and drinking in Bicarbonate soda have a direct effect on your body.
-- Why and how does juicing effect the health of your body?
-- What does a portable infrared Sauna have to do with detoxing?
-- Chlorophyll - What is Chlorophyll and how does it affect your bodies ability to detox?

3. Vitamins & Minerals.

- What are vitamins and minerals?
-- What do Multivitamins do exactly?
-- Vitamin C - Is Vitamin C expensive Urine?
-- Garlic what does Garlic do to assist your system and ability to detox?
-- Protein powder - It's not just for athletes, in fact protein powder can help those who lead busy lives gain back more nutrients and energy in what they need in the development of their lifestyle.

4. Nootropics & Intelligence.

- What are Nootropics?
-- 5htp and what is it?
-- Modafinil and the ability to be super human.
-- Piracetam + Choline - What are they and how do they increase your intelligence
-- Ritalin - How does a stimulant and ADD/HD medication affect your ability to be more intelligent?

5. And finally a good mindset or attitude.

-- What is a good mindset; and what is positive thinking?
-- Education; the best education you can have is one where you aim to understand and look after your own and another's mental health.
-- How reading one good book a week can help starve off depression and aid in the quality and improvement of your life.

The last point about having a good mindset or attitude is the most important in relationship to increasing your stae of health. I believe this because, if you want to make any significant changes in your life - Then you are going to need to have a good mindset and attitude. A good mindset and attitude will help you achieve what it is that you want - Assuming that you want it.

What is it that you want to do with your health?

Do you want to feel better, younger, fitter, stronger, more energetic, more focused, more on the job and on the ball? How about being more motivated, driven, more goal orientated and there for your family? This is why I will be discussing each of these five areas over the upcoming weeks and how these relate to enhancing your health.

We will be starting with Jucing tomorrow,

Jim Rohn and the Four Seasons of Life!!!

Jim Rohn and the Four Seasons of Life!!!

Love, Life, Business and Wealth... What more can I say?

I have always been passionate about the more dynamic aspects of life and I have always been passionate about the ability to self develop in the areas of love, life, business and wealth. It has been my belief since I was a child that everyone has the ability to improve their potential in life and to also have the ability to excel in all areas of human en-devour.

Some of my earliest memories, from the time I learned to walk and get out and about in exploring my world have been focused in these areas. Yet as a child, this was frowned upon, in particular by people such as parents, teachers and other members of the community who for better or for worse have wanted to protect me from my own exploration.

It has always been a feeling of mine that the ability to explore, extend yourself and grow is natural for a child, a teenager, even for young adults and those who are moving towards maturity. Exploring your world, understanding the seasons of life and their passionate teachings for you if you are willing to accept them. I learned about the seasons of life in my explorations from a man who is highly regarded in the self development industry. This mans name is Jim Rohn and in his lifetime he was able to turn his life around and improve it in many areas, exceeding his own expectations and of those around him.

A few years ago I got the opportunity to talk about Jim Rohn and his four seasons of life when I attended toastmasters and gave a talk about the particular subject of the four seasons and today I will be talking in greater detail about what the four seasons are and how Jim Rohn teaches them.

The four seasons to life are:

1. Winter

2. Spring

3. Summer

4. Fall/Autumn

For me, each season describes a point in your life through which you travel many times. Both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. So lets explore each of these seasons in brief detail so that you are better able to understand the seasons of your life and self-develop and grow to your ultimate potential.

1. Winter

Winter is the season where you have to operate at your best while the world around you, including the circumstances you face - Be they financial, emotional, social or otherwise are challenging. Winter is the time where you must survive and live on previous spring and summer harvests where wealth, emotional lessons, social welfare and connections with others have been strong. In winter some or all areas of your life will breakdown, not be so strong and it is important for you as an individual to look inside of yourself, reflect and grow.

In doing so you are able to understand life lessons and move onto the next season of your life which is spring.

2. Spring

Spring is the time to plant the seeds of your reflections and previous experience and make sure that you enjoy the warmer wealth.

The beginning of new relationships, new jobs, improved economies and emotional strength when overcoming a crisis or catharsis when previously faced in winter. This is the season for you to start preparing yourself for the life you will lead in future seasons, whilst also taking some time to reflect and smell the roses because soon the flowers of life will wilt and die. Setting their seeds for the harvest which is coming in summer.

3. Summer

This is the season for you to excel.
To make a harvest and to completely be a go-getter in life and make the most of what you have got.

All of the lessons/reflections which you have learned in your winter as lessons are best put to use to make the most of your finances, relationships, friendships, career opportunities and in your ability to create fame. Summer for those who embrace it is their period of ultimate development and character building. Without summer there would be no harvest and thus no sacrifice to make sure that you have enough emotional, spiritual, financial and physical food to get you through the next two seasons and back to spring again.

This is the season for you and gives you the ability to make a name for yourself. Because at the end of every summer there is a fall, an autumn and a period where you need to start preparing for the winter.

4. Fall/Autumn

Fall or Autumn is the maturity of the harvest.

It is the time where after everything is said and done. Maturity, learning and the ability to put everything aside in the knowledge that what is done is done and that all change is change is both a significant and profound observation to make about fall.

This is the time to start putting your harvests away in preparation for winter and is a transitory period of perspective and change to a new level of awareness in your life. Nothing more, nothing less can be said of autumn or fall other than to say that you should be glad to have made it there. That and to also consider that the next winter of your life is coming and coming rapidly and that Autumn/Fall is a good time to prepare for it.
This is what I have learned and lectured about in the seasons of life. When you go around exploring your world, you preparing for or are experiencing an important season of your life. It is your job to both understand what season it is and to also work through what this season is trying to teach you.
These are the four seasons of life, which one are you experiencing?

Did you know your Birth Certificate is a Bond?

Did you know your Birth Certificate is a Bond?

If there has been anyone in my personal self development relating to Finance and law that has made a major impact upon me then it would have to be Winston Shrout. Winston Shrout is the man!!! Literally, he teaches how to discharge debt through Accepting it for Value, an administrative process which removes debt from your life by submitting commercial forms and operating within commercial law.

Considering that the study of commercial law is a large and very drawn out process, I won't be going into the specifics of how to discharge debt in this article or blog. I will however at the end of this document provide you further information which will help you learn more about these processes if you would like to pursue them further.

In the meantime I will ask you the following questions:

1. Did you know that your birth certificate is a bond?
2. Do you want to understand the real laws of Commerce?
3. Do you want to discharge or set off debt?

Let's explore each of these in detail.

1. Did you know that your birth certificate is a bond?

Your Birth Certificate is a bond. It is 9 numbers and contains what is known as a CUSIP number. This number also connects to your driver's license which operates as a commercial instrument for identification purposes. Your birth certificate also connects to your nine digit social security number. Each of these are bonds which are traded on the New York and international stock exchange.

2. Do you want to understand the real laws of Commerce?

Understanding commercial law is easy. It takes time and it takes work but its practical application is easy. I learned a lot about commercial law by reading Blacks Law Dictionary and also my understanding property rights and learning about bonds, stocks and trusts.

Winston Shrout talks all about this in his lectures, in particular his two lectures:
* Accepted for Value Series

I recommend that you invest in these products and research them heavily.

3. Do you want to discharge or set off debt?

Contrary to what is taught to you in high school or in your economics degree... You do not personally create debt, you buy into it.

Debt already exists and is a part of a condition of what is known as fractional reserve banking and the excess on human labour. Taxes are used to pay off the derivatives of debt but ultimately the debt remains because all currency in the modern economic and capital systems is based upon debt and the title to debt - I.e. So how do you understand more about commerce and offset the debt through which you have acquired in your life time?

Winston Shrout says that you accept this debt for the value through which it has, based upon the labour given to you as a bonded birth certificate.

Robert Kiyosaki's 4 Different Types of Income!

Robert Kiyosaki's 4 Different Types of Income!

4 Cashflow Quadrants!!!

Today we will be talking about financial independence and financial freedom as assessed by the financial mentor and Guru - Robert Kiyosaki. Roberts two books 'Cashflow Quadrant' and 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' are two fantastic books which I read early on in my ongoing self-develop and education. What they taught me, I will be writing about below as I write about and explore with you the four quadrants of financial capital and income.

The four Quadrants.

The Four Quadrants which Kiyosaki explores in many of his books and products are the:

1. The E-Quadrant.

2. The S-Quadrant.

3. The B-Quadrant.

4. The I-Quadrant.

Exploring the E-Quadrant

The first Quadrant which Kiyosaki talks about, at the top left hand corner of his model is the E-Quadrant. The E-Quadrant represents Employed People or Employees who work in a JOB. JOB, which is an acronym for Just Over Broke represents well over 85% of the global world's population. Here people work for others and receive a regular income or pay check so that they can function in society buying and paying for the essentials such as Food, Water, Gas, Electricity, Housing and Entertainment.

The Benefits and Burdens of the E-Quadrant

* The benefits of this particular quadrant is that if you find the right job, then it is assumed that you will be financially stable and receive a regular pay packet. This is of course assuming that you can continue to turn up at work and your place of employment.

* The burdens of this quadrant is that there are only so many hours in the day. Also that you can be fired at any time without notice and that you can be replaced or find yourself without a job rather quickly if things go pear shaped in your employment. Perhaps this is why it is better for you to be Self-Employed

Exploring the S-Quadrant

The second Quadrant on the bottom left hand corner of Kiyosaki's system is the S-Quadrant. This Quadrant represents the Self-employed person who is either a consultant or the type of person who manages their own private business and/or income. The person who operates and works in the S-quadrant has both the freedom and burden of managing their own life and their own circumstances a.k.a. their future through the use and management of their own income, labour and resources.

The Benefits and Burdens of the S-Quadrant

* The benefits of this quadrant is that, when a person fully develops their small business has the opportunity to pay themselves, reduce their tax and also has the ability to make more money than their employees or people who are employed in a day job.

* The burdens of this quadrant is time. There is only so much time in the day and physical energy which can be used as labour in order to create certain capital required to make them a person of wealth and/or riches. This is why it is important to develop your small business into a big business, allowing you to increase your income while leveraging your time.

Exploring the B-Quadrant

The third quadrant, on the top right hand side of Kiyosaki's system is the B-Quadrant. The B-Quadrant stands for big business and is the type of business which entrepreneurs, multi-millionaires/billionaires and people who have evolved their Small businesses or S-Quadrant businesses from the left to the right side. Here, in the B-Quadrant people are able to leverage their time and their wealth so that other people can run their business for them and this allows them to become financially independent and wealthy.

The Benefits and Burdens of the B-Quadrant

* The benefits of this quadrant is that when it is fully set up the entrepreneur or millionaire can walk away from the business and have someone else manage this for them. This is real freedom for the individual that wants to dictate the destiny of their own life.

* The burdens of this quadrant is that like all businesses including financial institutions and banks, they can be too big to fail (2008 financial crash) and that sometimes, even when leaders walk away from their businesses and have someone else manage for them - They can still collapse, go bankrupt or have fraud take place etc. This unfortunately can also affect investors.

Exploring the I-Quadrant

The fourth and final quadrant at the bottom right hand side is the I-Quadrant which stands for investor. Investors are the types of people who have made enough money from the different types of income streams in E-S-B or from their own previous investments in order to make money over long periods of time such as through Compound interest (Read Yesterdays Post on Warren Buffett) or similar methods and to make money work for you, instead of you having to work for money.

The Benefits and Burdens of the I-Quadrant

* The benefits of this quadrant are the ability to leverage your time, your money and your circumstances in such a way, if you are financially intelligent enough to keep increasing your wealth, buy what you need to survive and to keep increasing your ability to be successful in further investments.

* The burdens of this quadrant are that you can lose all and everything and have to start again. That money once worked so hard for in order to be gained, can be lost. This is the primary difference between each quadrant in what is lost and what is gained through working within them.

The Primary differences between each quadrant

The differences between each  E-S Quadrants and B-I quadrants is the ability to have time and financial freedom vs. time and financial expectancy. I.e. You expect to receive X amount instead of working to have X amount keep coming in, even while you sleep. An example of this is being an employee or Self-employed and how if and when you stop working, you stop receiving more money.

Contrast this with owning a big business or being an investor. In either case this means that as long as you understand, work hard and learn your craft in business/investment that - Even while you sleep you will be making ongoing cash, whose potential will only increase as time goes along with further work and reinvestment.

Investment is important, wherever you fall or find yourself in your financial education and quadrant. Indeed no matter which quadrant you find yourself within, just remember you have the ability to change quadrants and by doing so, change your future.

Warren Buffett and Compound Interest!

Warren Buffett and Compound Interest!

"My Wealth has come from a combination of living in America, some lucky genes, and compound interest" - Warren Buffett

Warren Buffett is an investor, business entrepreneur and visionary. He was born in and remains in Omaha Nebraska.

For most of his life, Buffett has been entrepreneurial yet he did not make most of his wealth until he was in his 30's and 40's. In the post-modern world he is the second richest man in America, with only Bill Gates and his technology company Microsoft being 10 billion dollars in front of him in stock holdings. Unlike Gates however, Buffett does not believe in having stock in technology or anything which could potentially collapse or fail over night. Buffet fancies himself a conservative in his values and would rather invest in companies and consumerables which would have a long-term gain.

Because of this he has continued to believe throughout the duration of his life in the power of stocks, bonds and similar types of investment capital which work towards long-term financial and economic solutions. This type of capital, he believes in particular could be used and compounded in interest, dividends and etc. in order to create so much wealth over a long period of time that someone who started out with a small investment could in 5-40 years using buffets method... Retire from the workforce quite wealthy and rich. This is also echoed by Robert Kiyoskai in his work on the four quadrants, something we will talk more about tomorrow.

Buffett is eccentric and he lives in his house in Omaha which he bought in the mid to late 1950's and owns to this day. He lives below his means and even owns a car which he has not updated since the 1970's and only spends on himself as an annual income of 50-thousand American dollars per year. (Business income). A few years ago, due to his advanced age, he was forced to be less frugal and buy himself a private jet named "The Indefensible" which he used both in his  private business dealings and also in his work on Philanthropy.

Buffett spends quite an amount annually on philanthropic enterprises which he believes will ultimately help the future of humanity on this planet survive. For buffet survival and success are tied together as one and this is why the focus on successful philanthropic enterprises for Buffett is so strong. But what is the key to Buffett's success, be it in business, Philanthropy or in life? Buffett draws his success down into two words. These are "compound" and "interest". Buffett believes that most of his success comes from the compound interest accumulated by his investments over his lifetime. He notes that for most of his investments made, he will invest not in the shorterm, not even in the long-term but within the scope of his own and others lifetimes.

Buffett does not care if stock loses 200 points one day and gains 800 points another. What he is looking for is the longevity and survival of the stock through which he has made an investment over the course and duration of his lifetime.When Buffett started investing he only had $9,800 which was quite a small fortune back in the 1950's. He was able to save it up and made $127,000 in savings. Buffett estimated that he could live off $12,000 per year and make a huge fortune off the rest via compound interest.

When he found that he became quite wealthy, other people started to give him their money and pay him to look after their investments, money and similar forms of capital and that is how Buffett's business Berkshire Hathaway was born. So what did Buffett have that other men and woman who invest did and do not? Simple, Buffett has a vision and having a vision is important to your success wherever you are in life that and perhaps understanding compound interest the way Buffett does.
